The hotel pays homage to the city’s storied past rooted in generations of the arts, travel and nature. Intersecting the foothills of the Catkskill mountains and the banks of the Hudson River, Hotel Kinsley is the perfect retreat for travels and nearby city-dwellers looking to sneak away for a bit of relaxation and adventure. Born out of a deep appreciation of the city and the greater Hudson Valley, Restaurant Kinsley is the mutual passion of Chef Zak Pelaccio and restaurateur Taavo Somer.

The project consists of 249 hotel rooms each measuring 130 square feet. Clinton Hall has opened along with RFTP, a rooftop bar. Richard Born and Ira Drukier's BD Hotels is managing the hotel and is a partner on the project.

BKSK Architects was the architect for The Jefferson and Kara Mann Design handled the public and amenity spaces while Town & Garden designed the landscaping. Sales began in Spring 2013 and the of the 83-unit project sold out in five months.

The project consists of eighteen condominium residences along with two retail spaces and ten private parking units. Hill and West Architects and Selldorf Architects collaborated on the project’s landmark-approved design. The project has sold out and was completed in Summer 2016.
SK Development, Charles Blaichman and Scott Sabbagh completed this 85,000 square foot, mixed-use retail/residential condominium and sold-out in 2007. The Urban Glass House was the last project designed by world famous, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Philip Johnson. Annabelle Selldorf completed the interior design of the project after Johnson’s passing.
SK Development and CB Developers co-developed 345 West 14th Street (345meatpacking) with DDG Partners. DDG lead the project handling the architecture, interior design and construction.
SK Development partnered with hotel developers Ed Scheetz and Robbie McKinley to purchase Ruschmeyer’s in April of 2011. The property, located on Fort Pond in Montauk, NY, consists of 19 cabin style hotel rooms, 110-seat restaurant with 80 seat outdoor Garden, a nightclub and sandbar.
SK Development and CB Developers partnered on this project located in the heart of culturally and artistically diverse Williamsburg, Brooklyn. 280 Metropolitan is a twenty-eight unit, mixed-use building with ground floor retail and subgrade private parking. The project was completed and sold out in 2016.
SK Development and CB Developers developed this 50,000 square foot, mixed-use theater/residential condominium project at 219 West 19th Street. It sold out and was completed it in 2002. The twelve, custom-designed loft homes were constructed along with a new theater space for the Dance Theater Workshop. The development team purchased the site from the Dance Theater and delivered back space for its new facility.
